Ticket Pickup:

All purchased tickets may be picked up at the Pre-Paid Ticket Booth located near the Columbia Club’s burgundy awning on Friday, September 26.

Please bring your Order ID and a valid photo ID with you to collect your tickets.
Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, the Columbia Club will post an official update on whether the event is canceled.
Refund Policy:
- If the event is officially canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 7 business days of the cancellation announcement.
- All other ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
